Terms and conditions
These terms cover use of this website and any enquiry, quotation or mobile battery service provided by Meydan Car Battery Service.

Independent service provider
Meydan Car Battery Service is an independent mobile battery business. We are not part of, affiliated with or endorsed by Meydan Group, Meydan Racecourse or any vehicle manufacturer, dealer or distributor. Vehicle make and model names appear only to describe which cars we can service.
Quotes and advertising
Prices on the website or in ads marked “from” are starting prices and are not a promise of the final price for every vehicle. Your final quote depends on the battery specification, technology, stock, location and any extra work. We confirm the battery brand, warranty and total fitted price before we install anything.
Bookings and arrival times
Arrival times are estimates and can change with traffic, weather, technician availability, access rules and the accuracy of the location you share. Please make sure the vehicle can be reached safely and let us know about basement height limits, gated parking or other hazards.
Diagnostics and authorisation
A car that will not start may have a battery, alternator, starter motor, wiring or other fault. We may test the vehicle before replacing anything. When you approve the work, you confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorised to approve the service and the agreed charges.
Payment and cancellation
Payment is due once the job is complete unless we agree otherwise. Accepted payment methods may vary. If you cancel after the technician has set off, or give us a wrong location or vehicle description, a reasonable call-out fee may apply where it was disclosed before dispatch.
Warranty
The warranty period and cover are those shown for the supplied battery on your invoice or warranty record. Warranty normally covers qualifying manufacturing defects. It does not cover a flat battery caused by lights left on, parasitic drain, charging-system faults, accident damage, misuse, unapproved modifications or normal wear. We may need to inspect and test the battery before a warranty replacement.
Hybrid and high-voltage systems
Unless agreed in writing, our work is limited to the 12-volt auxiliary battery. We do not repair or replace the high-voltage traction battery in any hybrid or electric vehicle.
Liability
Nothing in these terms removes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate information or unsafe access, or existing vehicle faults unrelated to our work.
Website use and governing law
Do not misuse this site, try to gain unauthorised access or copy its content for commercial purposes without permission. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without affecting mandatory consumer rights.
